POS-2026-3006: Primary care data for medicines evaluation

The national institute for health and care excellence (NICE) will be using data from general practice to best understand the characteristics of people with osteoporosis. This will then inform how we assess whether a medicine should be recommended by NICE and made available to patients receiving treatment in the NHS. We will also use some of this data to understand how these medicines are taken up in the NHS if recommended.
