dm+d codes in OpenCodelists now link to OpenPrescribing dm+d browser

The OpenPrescribing dm+d browser is a convenient and comprehensive resource for information about products in the NHS Dictionary of Medicines and Devices (dm+d). This information can be useful for understanding whether particular dm+d code is suitable for inclusion in a given codelist.
When building a codelist on OpenCodelists, additional information is available about each code via a “more information” pop up menu. This pop-up menu now includes a link to the relevant page on the OpenPrescribing dm+d browser for each code.
